You can avail the change of mind policy for a product within 7 days of receiving the order.exclusions apply
Refunds
We prioritize in getting the customer the right product and replace the existing product as per customer requirements. We do offer refunds as well.
Returns
processing
All refunds and replacements are processed within 1-3 working days after receiving and verifying the product. Subject to replacement product availability.
Return a faulty product
Please make sure that you use: Australia post 500 gram or 1 Kg regular satchel for small items like phones, 3kg regular satchel for large items like iPads and 5kg regular satchels for bulky items like Macbooks. Do not forget to add register post (signature on delivery) to the satchels.
You are not required to purchase additional insurance for returns. Please also insure that you clearly label either inside or outside your package whether you want a replacement or a refund.
